We spend a lot of our time putting things off. Mondays can sometimes be spent putting things off until later in the week. December is often spent putting things off until the New Year. This happens a lot in the fitness business. The January New Year’s resolution crowd will soon be descending upon your gym to halfheartedly fail at another year’s weight loss kick (only to pick it up again 4 weeks before their Summer holiday!)
Make the most of December by smashing some of your gym targets and hitting the festive period with some serious momentum to take you into the New Year. Make the most of your Monday by being energetic, motivated and full of vigour. The rest of your week will follow suit. Make the most of NOW, as right now – at this very moment – you have the most time and potential ahead of you that you will ever have. Good luck.
