When I started with Fran 6 months ago I had been exercising on and off for the past 15 years. Whilst I had a reasonable level of fitness I was not achieving my goals. I tended to start a new program, follow it for a few weeks, and then lose motivation. At best I was maintaining my fitness, but I was finding it more difficult with each passing year.
From a personal trainer I wanted motivation, flexibility to train around a job that involves travel, and importantly, someone that I got on well with. Fran has exceeded my expectations in all these areas.
Within the first three months he helped me reduce my body fat content and stabilise my weight. He has given me a number of structured programs – weights I can do at the gym, aerobic and circuit training that I can do outside, plus hotel-room based workouts to keep me going whilst I’m travelling. He backs up the routines with expert knowledge on anatomy and sound advice on nutrition.
More than that, Fran has given me motivation. He sets me challenging goals and pushes me when I need it. I can now see significant improvements in my upper body with arms, chest and shoulders all stronger and more defined that when I met him.
I can certainly recommend Fran whatever level of fitness you are or what goals you want to achieve. He is professional but friendly and I will be continuing with him to achieve yet more over coming months.
