I approached Fran for advice and help with returning to exercise after two years of doing very little. I had been advised by my doctor to start a regular exercise programme to help reduce stress, my blood pressure and help with reduction in my blood cholestrol. I did not want to appear to have lost weight, but did want to decrease my body fat percentage. Fran put together an excellent programme for me, which is fun and challenging. Early in my new exercise programme, I realised that I was having difficulty recovering from each session. Fran was able to change my programme accordingly and help me continue working out. With Fran’s incredible motivation, knowledge and professionalism, I have achieved all my goals more quickly than I could ever have imagined.
