With Fran’s help I was able to lose nearly 50 pounds! After I had my baby I thought it would take me ages to shift the weight but within only a few weeks I started seeing results. I believe it was down to his approach toward the gym and food. Not only does he make you work really hard in the gym he also pushes you in the kitchen to really think about what you’re eating. His diet plan along with the workouts really made a difference, much more so than if I did it on my own.
Fran motivated me and made my training sessions fun and informative, he helped me realise I’m stronger than I thought. I feel so much better about myself, inside and out!
