About me

I'm currently studying for a BSc in strength and conditioning science. I also have an expertise in nutrition and weight management.

I have been a personal trainer for over ten years, working with clients of all ages, shapes and abilities. I pride myself on the efficacy of my strategies and the satisfaction of my clients. I will take an holistic approach to your training; giving attention not just to your gym routines, but also to your nutrition, stress management and any other relevant lifestyle factors.

As your trainer I will be compassionate, conscientious and considered in my approach, with the aim of creating a sustainable, enjoyable and most importantly effective regime that guides you towards all of your health, performance and physical goals.
